Commissioning / Start-Up / Setup
After installation, you test the system: pressure tests, flushing, verifying correct flow, checking for leaks, verifying system functions.

Repairs / Alterations / Upgrades
Fixing leaks, replacing broken or faulty sprinklers, modifying system when the house is renovated (e.g. adding rooms).

Fire Collars (Incidental Work)
Installing fire collars on penetrations (e.g. where pipes go through fire-rated walls) if this work is incidental to your sprinkler / suppression work.
